Dr. Sylvia Findlay has been a member of the Management Faculty at Crandall University since 2021 as the Assistant Professor of Management. She had worked at the University of Louisville (U.S.) in the Assessment and Evaluation of the cybersecurity workforce certificate program. She has taught at Bradley University, Illinois State University and Robert Morris University. Prior to entering academe, she worked at Frost & Sullivan, Pfizer and Eli Lilly. Dr. Findlay brings 18+ years of commercial and academic experience.
