A transcript is a record of your academic history at a learning institution. It provides a list of courses taken, grades received, and other academic information which may be required for a variety of reasons.
When applying for academic programs, official transcripts may be required, but unofficial transcripts are available if desired.
Unofficial transcripts
An unofficial transcript provides an overview of your academic progress. Unofficial transcripts can be viewed and downloaded through your myCrandall portal. Click the Unofficial Transcript tile on your Home page.
Official transcripts
Official transcripts come in two formats:
- Secure, verified eTranscripts issued through MyCreds that allow you to digitally share your official transcript with anyone who needs it.
- Official paper transcripts that are delivered by either mail, courier, or pick up.
Requests for official transcripts are made through myCrandall. Please follow the link below. When you click on the link it will take you to a login page. If you are a current student, log in to your account to access myCrandall. If you are a former student, and have not already done so, please select “Register Here” to create your own username and password.
Once you are logged in, go to “My Requests” and select “Transcript of Academic Record” from the dropdown menu. Then fill out the form, submit it, and we will be happy to process your request. Sharing fees for eTranscripts or processing fees for official paper transcripts will apply.
Once your request form is submitted, it will be placed in the queue. Requests are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to five business days for processing.
