Jump start your career with Crandall’s Master of Management (MM). This program offers students a solid foundation of business training and leadership development to prepare for a career in the business world.

This two-year, 36 credit-hour program is open to students from a variety of educational backgrounds; apply with a bachelor’s degree from nearly any discipline! Build on the knowledge and expertise you developed in your undergraduate studies and develop the management skills necessary to succeed.

You’ll also have the opportunity to build relationships and expand your network through our international classroom, collaborating with students from around the world. The program also includes the option of a paid internship, where you can gain valuable experience that will count toward your degree!

Program Highlights:

• The Master of Management is a two-year, 36 credit-hour program for students who hold a Bachelor’s degree from nearly any discipline (e.g. BA, BSc, BEd, BTh);
• The program enhances students’ interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, and problem-solving and decision-making abilities, as well as expanding their understanding of research techniques and applications;
• The delivery pattern of the program allows students the flexibility to work part time while studying;

Program Pathways

Students who pursue the Master of Management have multiple pathways available to them in completing their degree:

• Eligible students may have the opportunity for an Internship pathway;
• Students may take elective courses;
• Students may opt to complete an Applied Research Project;
• Students may choose to pursue Crandall’s CPHR-Accredited Concentration in Human Resources Management

Program Schedule:

Students typically take 3 courses per semester, usually completing the program in 20 months.

Courses are delivered using a variety of methods, including in-person delivery, online delivery (both synchronous and asynchronous), and combinations of both, plus additional hours outside of class time required each week. Students are typically in class one day per week, allowing flexibility to their personal and professional schedules.

The Master of Management Program is completed in a structured cohort model, studying with students worldwide. It is comprised of 36 Credit Hours taken over two academic years.

This program also offers an opportunity for an internship pathway for those who qualify, along with unique online learning options.

This program includes a one-semester break after the second semester of study.

Career Outlook

Master of Management grads are well-prepared to jump into their careers. Their unique combination of skills and experience can make them attractive to companies with opportunities for advancement, especially when their undergraduate degree is in a field other than business. For example, a student with a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree would find that the management and leadership training offered by the MM degree serves as an excellent complement to the hard skills gained from their previous studies, giving them an advantage over someone with a BEng alone.

All International Students must obtain a study visa from the Government of Canada – Immigration and Citizenship in order to be eligible to study at Crandall University.

International students who wish to work part time while studying may do so if permitted by the student’s study visa – usually up to 24 hours per week.

Successful completion of the program makes international students eligible to apply for the Government of Canada’s three-year Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP).
