For Families

For Families

From your family to ours

We are so excited that your child is starting this next chapter with us! This will be their story, full of fun, friendships, and hard work, but it is also a new chapter for their family members. We want you to know we are here to answer your questions and help make this transition as exciting for both our students and their families.

Stay Informed

We will be having a parent session on Monday, September 2 at 11:00 am in Stultz Hall room 177. This is a great opportunity to meet some of the staff that will be working with the students throughout the year. Bring your questions and we’ll do what we can to answer them!

Also, follow Crandall online. Our social media is a great way to stay informed on all the great activities and events that are going on throughout the year!

Residence Move-In Day

For most students, September 2 will be their first day on campus. This is Move-In Day, the first day that residence are open to new students. Plan to arrive early.  Residences open at 9am. Crandall staff and Welcome Week volunteers will be positioned throughout the campus to make move-in easy and orderly. Begin your morning at Stutlz Hall to meet with Finance and IT Services, then make your way down to Colburne House. There will be lots of people available to help out! For more information visit our Move-In Day page.

Parents & Guardians

We recognize that parents and guardians have lots of questions about Orientation, residence life, and the overall transition to university. We recommend you attend our parent session on Monday, September 2 (11:00 am). We’ll do our best to answer as many questions as we can.
