Our keynote speaker, Yves Boudreau, is a visionary builder in HR technology. As CEO, he has led CareerBeacon’s transformation from a regional job board into a feature-rich, national recruitment platform – pairing a powerful marketplace with advanced tools like personalized job matching and AI-powered tools such as candidate-job-fit analysis and job post visualizer. His north star: to be “the first job board with the most robust set of HR tools available to companies and job seekers.” Expect a candid, high-energy look at where talent and technology are headed—and how to ride that wave to your next opportunity.
After the keynote, Dean Davit Iremadze will host a live audience Q&A with Yves. The evening will conclude with a stand-up reception for invited and paying guests, offering a relaxed chance to mingle with the speaker and one another – perfect for expanding your network and continuing the conversation.
