Arts, Science, or Business

Complete your Arts, Science, or Business Administration Application in Two Easy Steps!

High School students interested in the Bachelor of Education program must apply to Arts, Science, or Business. Application to the Concurrent B.Ed. program is made in the first year of undergraduate studies.

  1. Apply Online

    Choose “Register here” on the login screen if it’s your first time applying to a program at Crandall.

    A $40 non-refundable application fee is required with your application.

  2. Provide Transcripts

    Contact all previous educational institutions you have attended (high schools, community colleges, universities, etc.) and ask them to send official transcripts to us at:

Oxford Study Programme

Education Programs

Bachelor of Education & Technical Education

Complete your Education Application in Six Easy Steps!

Please note that for Fall Admission, students must apply on or before January 15.

  1. Apply Online

    Choose “Register here” on the login screen if it’s your first time applying to a program at Crandall.

    A $50 non-refundable application fee is required with your application.

  2. Provide transcripts.

    Contact all post-secondary educational institutions you have attended (community colleges, universities, etc.) and ask them to send official transcripts to Crandall University.

  3. Submit letter of rationale.

    Your letter should detail your desire and passion to teach and should link that passion to your experience with children. Your letter should be no longer than three pages in length.

  4. Collect 3 References.

    Referees must be credible references who can speak to your suitability for the teaching profession in terms of your teaching/leadership/volunteer experiences, personal qualities and abilities. They cannot be family members or personal friends. We do not accept more than three reference forms. Please direct your references to provide this information using our online Undergraduate Education Reference Form

  5. Disclose your Criminal Record.

    Please contact your local police department and request that they disclose your criminal record to Crandall University. A vulnerable sector check must also be included.

  6. Send us your résumé

    Please provide us with a list of all previous teaching and leadership experiences with children in a résumé format.

Note: As space is limited in the Bachelor of Education program, selected students will be interviewed for possible admission. Successful completion of the minimum requirements guarantees that applications will be considered for an interview but does not guarantee an interview or admission.

A non-refundable deposit of $300.00 is required once students are accepted into the Bachelor of Education program. This deposit is applied directly to the student’s account.

If an applicant requires on-campus housing, a Residence Application, accompanied by a $400.00 residence deposit must be submitted.

Graduate Studies in Education (MEd)

Admission Requirements for Graduate Studies in Education

Applicants looking to complete graduate studies in Education are required to hold a Bachelor of Education degree, or its equivalent, with a minimum grade point average of 3.0 (B).

In addition to this requirement, applicants to the Master of Education degree are also expected to have the equivalent of at least one year of teaching experience.

Application Process for Graduate Studies in Education

All applicants to graduate studies in Education must submit an application form, official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions previously attended, and a $100 application fee.

In addition to the above requirements, applicants to the Master of Education degree must submit the following:

  • A resume and a letter of intent, in which you present your professional goals and how the MEd degree will help you achieve those goals – your letter of intent should be no longer than three pages;
  • Two professional reference letters from individuals who can provide input on your strengths as an educator and explain why they support your decision to complete the Master of Education degree;
  • A confirmation of employment letter for those currently employed in a school district, OR a criminal record check for those not currently employed in a school district.

Online applications are accepted throughout the year for Fall, Winter, and Spring start dates, though spaces are limited for Fall and Winter terms. To ensure availability, please apply before May 30 for a Fall start and by September 30 for Winter. Applications received after these dates will be reviewed based on spaces available.

Organizational Management Programs

Degree Completion Application – BA or BOrgM

  3. Send us your résumé.

    A detailed résumé of previous and current post-secondary education, as well as employment experience, is required.

  4. Meet with an Admissions Counsellor.

    Schedule a meeting with the Program Coordinator to outline a tentative degree plan based on an assessment of your transferable credits.

Master of Organizational Management Application

  1. Apply online

    Choose “Register here” on the login screen if it’s your first time applying to a program at Crandall.

    A $50 non-refundable application fee is required with your application.

    A $100 non-refundable application fee is required for international applicants.

  2. Provide transcripts.

    Contact all previous post-secondary educational institutions you have attended (community colleges, universities, etc.) and ask them to send official transcripts to us at:

    *Notarized transcripts can be sent by International applicants for the application process, however official transcripts will need to be sent before acceptance is issued.

  3. Send us your résumé.

    A detailed resume of previous and current post-secondary education, as well as employment experience, is required. Please provide a cover letter that explains why you are interested in applying for the Master of Organizational Management.

  4. Provide References.

    Applicants will need to provide 2 reference letters.

  5. Interview with Admissions Counsellor.

  6. International Applicants.

    You will be required to provide proof of English language proficiency, a copy of your valid passport, and upon successful admittance a Canadian Study Visa.

Remote Learning – Master of Management (Online)
