Transcripts

A transcript is a record of your academic history at a learning institution. It provides a list of courses taken, grades received, and other academic information which may be required for a variety of reasons.

When applying for academic programs, official transcripts may be required, but unofficial transcripts are available if desired.

Requesting transcripts

Transcript requests are located on the myCrandall portal. Please follow the link below. When you click on the link it will take you to a login page. If you are a current student, log in to your account to access myCrandall. If you are a former student, please select “Register Here” to create your own user name and password.

Once you are logged in, go to “My Requests” and select “Transcript of Academic Record” from the dropdown menu. Then just fill out the form and submit it and we would be happy to process your request. If you require an official transcript, please submit the appropriate payment by clicking “Pay Now” on the window following the submission of the form.

Once your request form is submitted, it will be placed in the queue. Requests are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to five business days for processing.
