Like many other organizations, Crandall University relies on Canada Post to send and receive important mail and parcels. Students send us important documents to support their applications for admission, and our faithful supporters send financial gifts to aid in the operation of the University. Due to the work stoppage at Canada Post, we want to make the community aware of alternatives to sending regular mail to Crandall University as we navigate a mail disruption that we expect will last beyond the conclusion of the job action.
For students needing to send supporting documents for admissions applications, we recommend that, wherever possible, documents should be sent by email to admissions@crandallu.ca. Communication and notices from the Admissions team is handled largely by email, so while regular mail from Crandall may be delayed, students can expect to receive all necessary information in their inbox.
We are truly grateful to all those who support Crandall financially, and we know that many send gifts by mail during the Christmas season. If you typically mail in your donation, please consider these alternative options:
We understand that a disruption like this can affect many aspects of our lives, especially this time of year. If you have any questions about how to connect with Crandall while Canada Post is unavailable, please feel free to contact us using the methods listed above.
