ClayStone program appoints new Director & Assistant Director

It is with excitement that Crandall University announces the appointment of Dale and Twila Stairs in their new roles with our ClayStone program. Dale will serve as the Director of ClayStone starting July 1, 2018 and Twila will serve as the ClayStone Assistant Director from August 2018 to April 2019. The Program involves a year-long discipleship, a variety of outdoor adventure experiences, mission, academics, and cross-cultural learning, all done in partnership with Camp Shiktehawk. The Program can be done as a stand-alone experience or as the first of a four year Crandall Bachelor of Arts degree.

Dale and Twila have been involved in youth and young adult discipleship ministry for over 25 years and have both served extensively as youth and ministry leaders in several churches. Together, and individually, they have also been involved in leading many local and international mission trips. Dale is nearing the end of his Ph.D. dissertation in the area of youth discipleship and has had extensive experience teaching and leading at the university level.  They have also raised 3 sons and are thrilled to be working as a team in the ClayStone program.

In addition to directing ClayStone, Dale will continue as Director of the Crandall-Acadia Bachelor of Theology Partnership.  He is excited that the two programs are being adjusted in such a way that students will be able to complete ClayStone, a B.Th. from ADC, and a B.A. from Crandall in just four years!

For more information on ClayStone, please contact Dale at dale.stairs@crandallu.ca, 506-858-8970 (ext. 121), or www.crandallu.ca.
