The best way to see all that Crandall University has to offer is to come for a campus tour. We can also customize a campus tour to your specific interests.
This June, Crandall University held their 11th Annual Golf Classic, where 27 ½ teams competed at the Royal Oaks Golf Course for the winner’s title. Congratulations to Ken Martin, David Woodworth, Henry Fawcett and Kris Fawcett, who registered as the Petitcodiac Baptist Church team, and were the winners of this year’s tournament.
The net proceeds totaled $20,250, which will be used towards an existing endowed Athletics Scholarship Fund of nearly $200,000. This fund is the result of the net proceeds raised from past Crandall golf tournaments, initiated in 2005.
Congratulations are also extended to contest winners Kris Parker, winner of the Straightest Drive (Male); Barry Ellsworth, winner of the Closest to the Hole (Male) ; Lisa Horsman, winner of the Straightest Drive (Female); and Melina Begin, winner of the Closest to the Hole (Female).
“A successful tournament of this calibre would not be possible without the support of our sponsors.”, explains Gilda Ryder, Director of Development and Alumni Relations. “We’re appreciative of BMW Moncton, Johnson Insurance, RBC Dominion Securities and many other local businesses who have supported us through hole sponsorships, financial and prize donations”.
The 12th Annual Crandall Golf Classic will once again be held at Royal Oaks Golf Course on June 15, 2016. For more information, please visit: www.crandallu.ca.
