Sheldon MacLeod has over two decades of leadership and ministry in assisting people and organizations as they navigate the significant moments of their lives.  Sheldon is a regular speaker at churches, conferences, seminars, and other events. He has consulted with numerous churches, non-profit organizations, and post-secondary institutions, in the areas of strategic planning, leadership development, enrolment and growth development, faith and life integration, the impact of governmental policies, next-generational ministry, and organizational effectiveness. 

Professional Appointments

Currently serving as Assistant Vice-President for Student Success and Transformation, where he focuses on shaping the next generation of leaders; he is also a university lecturer in Organizational Management.     

Sits on the Board at Master’s College & Seminary.
A member of the local High School’s Parent School Support Committee.
Serves as the Atlantic Canadian Ambassador for the Evangelical Fellowship of Canada.
Past-President of AARAO.

He also has given leadership in pastoral ministry, camp ministry, post-secondary educational groups for the province of New Brunswick, the Greater Moncton Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast, and is past recipient of the Volunteer Centre of Southeastern New Brunswick’s Volunteer of the Year Award.

Additional Information

Sheldon is a family man whose three children provide a source of rich blessing and humour.  He is also an ordained minister, holds an honours degree in theology from Master’s College & Seminary, and a Master of Adult Education with a focus in faith-based post-secondary from St. Francis Xavier University.  He has also been awarded an honorary doctorate for his leadership and service within post-secondary and the church.
