Crandall Wellness At Crandall, we want to encourage people to develop and maintain a balanced approach to life. With this in mind, Crandall Wellness provides workshops, information tables, and activities throughout the academic year. Check out the Crandall Wellness Bulletin Board (near the main floor student mailboxes) for the most recent Crandall Wellness news and events.
Visit the Crandall Fitness Room (029) near the Student Internet Café. Exercise bikes, steppers, free weights, multigym and other equipment will help you get in shape. Open during regular building hours for Crandal students. Access only with Crandall Student Prox card. Check with Travis Tait, Crandall Athletics Director- Interim, for information on operating exercise equipment.
The Crandall Walk/ Run/ Jog Club runs on Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:30 AM. All full time Crandall students are welcome. Please meet in the Great Hall.
